Who

Scott Hofacker has nearly 40-years of experience, split between industry and Government.  Happenings along the way include training the then United Technologies corporate office in project scheduling software while just a year out of college, building the world's largest mobile robot, owning a small business and providing industrial engineering and marketing solutions as a 30-year old, developing a global line of aviation maintenance chemicals (and receiving a patent), increasing the yield to the taxpayer for congressionally earmarked manufacturing technology programs, working in the National Capitol Region and the Pentagon as a missile S&T liaison, struggling as a chief engineer for strategic missile targets, developing the US Army's Future Vertical Lift aviation S&T investment strategy, leading contract package development for $6B in Government contracts, running an organization with nearly $2B in prototyping and development projects for the Army and other Services and Agencies, cleaning up a problematic radar training system project used for missile defense and delivering a successful product, starting and leading a DEI council for a 3000-person organization, teaching remedial math at a junior college,  developing a training program for 270 project leads on how to be better project managers, and dabbling in training AI agents.  


Scott recently retired from Federal service after 23 years.  Scott holds a doctorate in education in human and organizational learning, a masters in industrial and systems engineering, an MBA, and a bachelor of industrial engineering.   Scott is also a registered professional engineer in the State of Alabama.
